Rachel joined the Citizens Utility Board of Minnesota in September 2024 as an Outreach Intern. She is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in English and Japanese at Macalester College.
Prior to joining CUB, Rachel worked in various organizations around Denver, Colorado, including Root Policy Research and Colorado Youth Congress. She has experience in youth organizing and is passionate about community outreach and advocacy. Rachel is super excited to join the CUB team and the opportunity to engage with local community members.
