Request a presentation – CUB is booking events for spring/summer

Published January 26

We love speaking with community groups about utility issues, and we do it at no charge. Providing free educational programs is one of primary missions. This is an interesting time for the energy sector and we want to help consumers sort through their choices.

We can provide presentations on how to understand your utility bills, which costs you can control, and your options for saving money — and many other issues. Let us know what you’re interested in, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We also host utility bill clinics. CUB staff can be available at a convenient location during a set period of time. Attendees bring their utility bills for a free one-on-one consultation with CUB staff, who will give tips on how to reduce their bills.

These services are available to all sorts of groups- Libraries, neighborhoods, congregations, municipal officials, service providers, or others who can bring together 15 or more people. Please contact Outreach Director, Carmen Carruthers at carmenc@cubminnesota or 612-568-5706 to learn more and schedule an event. We’re here to serve Minnesota consumers.
