Community Eviction Response

This event is for mutual aid organizers, rapid response networks, impacted community leaders, educators, social workers, advocates, and tenant leaders to:

• Bring more clarity to understanding the eviction process and timelines
• Raise awareness of the agency tenants have to intervene in process
• Give emergent organizing networks and leaders the legal information to create strategies for eviction response and broad information sharing

CUB will be presenting on how what rights Minnesota consumers have, how households can avoid shutoff, and what options are available to catch up with overdue utility bills.
