Learn about your energy bill, how to save on energy costs and how to get renewable energy at sessions sponsored by Citizens Utility Board (CUB), Minnesota Citizens Federation Northeast and Minnesota Interfaith Power and Light. These sessions are provided in the face of Minnesota Power proposals to raise rates on residents and businesses.
Attendee are encouraged to bring their utility bill and staff will provide ideas on how to save money.
The free events will be held on Tuesday, March 21, at First Methodist Church (Coppertop Church), 230 E. Skyline Parkway.
• 1-2 p.m. Afternoon seminar: Understand your utility bills and ways to save.
• 2:30-5:30 p.m. Utility bill clinic: Free one-on-one consultations. RSVP to reserve a 20-minute appointment here or call (612) 568-5706.
• 6:30-7:30 p.m. Evening seminar: Understand your utility bills and ways to save.
