Minnesota Farmers Union will host a Renewable Energy Working Session on July 23 at the Doug and Jane Popp Farm in Royalton. This is one of five events being sponsored by the Minnesota Farmers Union. These events are to provide more information for their members about wind and solar and talk about the issues in renewable energy. The Citizens Utility Board will be there to give a presentation on understanding and reducing your electricity bill.
Free and open to the public, but RSVP required to MFU Renewable Energy Director Michelle Medina at michelle@mfu.org.
Sessions begin with registration at 8:30 a.m., followed by programming in the morning, lunch and tours in the afternoon.
