Here is the schedule for Monday, August 20 at the Oakdale City Hall:
5:30-6:30: Free 20-minute bill consultations by the Citizens Utility Board of Minnesota. Bring your electric and gas bills and receive customized suggestions to reduce energy use and save money. CUB staff can also talk to you about renewable energy options or other energy related topics. RSVP for your 20-minute consultation here. 6:30-7:30: Informational presentation led by the Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) to discuss group purchasing of solar for homeowners and commercial property owners in the Twin Cities. Presentation will include the basics of solar, its financial implications and available incentives, and how the Solar Twin Cities group purchasing program works. Attendees can get a free, no obligation site assessment. The Center for Energy and Environment will also provide information about energy efficiency and finance options.
