    GREAT article from CUB about Xcel’s spin on the rate case. Lots of good quotes to quote in there for whoever can read the whole piece.

    In numerous press releases, Xcel Energy has claimed that the June 1st rate case decision by the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (PUC) damaged their profits so badly that it prompted them to reconsider their previous promises for clean energy transition investments in Minnesota such as EV charging. But behind closed doors they were saying something different.
