At the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, Patrick is responsible for launching and directing legislative affairs around issues of social and economic opportunity and human services for low-income communities. Previously, Patrick served as Public Policy Director of the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless, and Public Policy Manager for the Catholic Charities Office for Social Justice. Patrick holds a B.A. in Psychology from St. Cloud State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
